Good point, although I had thought of that. I included it in my letter to NOA's Bill Reno, and you
read the response he gave. I thought that by adding the "89" and the definate changes in graphics
and gameplay would result in a "go ahead" from them, but as you can see, I don't want to be sued,
and NOA has already stated what they want.
That's what's probably going to happen. I'm just going to make sure my nickname is in the program
and not my real name. I'm still working on it, regardless of what NOA or anyone else says. Whether
or not I post it on ticalc.org is what is going to be decided on this list. So far I've gotten
about equal responses 1)release it without any changes (ie: title:"StarFox89", gameplay:
StarFox64-ish, etc.) 2)release it with changes (which I'm not going to do)
