You can find info about TI92 VAT at:

Since it is 92's VAT, some things have changed:
- main folder handle : $9
- folder list handle	: $8
- VAT entry format:

8 char		8 bytes	:name
1 long word	4 bytes	:flags
1 word		2 bytes	:handle
