Re: A89: hiscore.ini?
Woa, it seems as though I was taking a negative side, but hear me out... I was just suggesting a
way of working the current conditions...
I think that a seperate highscore file should be made and maintained by the shell/OS. There should
be a seperate section for each program, and this file should be dynamic, increasing when a new
program requests write access, and decreasing when the associated program is deleted off of the
calc. I know this would require a bit of programming, but I thought about having a seperate program
to do this.
About sharing highscores- there could be an option in DoorsExplorer, or whatever the PluShelll
browser is, to swap highscore data. The seperate program would then be run and the highscores would
be merged together and sent to both calcs. It would be cool if they would compare the file sent
from the other calc to see if it was the same as what it had figured out. That feature isn't
necessary, but it would be cool.
