I have basically have no knowlege of the linkport... so, you might want to 
close this window n-o-w!... I beleive that IF you are using the graphlink 
software (r u?) THEN the silent transmition thingy is your problem, because 
the graphlink software uses this, you never have to go into Link:Recive mode 
whil transfering files...

of course i'm probably just giving out useless crap that everyone knows...
