Ugh.  How weird.

The bytes seem to be displayed like this in 20-byte mode:
 1  2  3  4  5  6  7  8  9 10 15 16 17 18 19 20
That is, the four bytes that aren't displayed are bytes 11 through 14.

You do get a full 20x64 screen, tho.
