you want file1-1 here.
the first byte in op1 is the var type (which can be ignored in this
case), the second is the length of the name, which is where file1 needs
to start.

rst $20 would do this in less space

make sure you have a ret after this, or use jp instead of call on that
last one.

_exec_basic isn't entirely safe to use, tho.  basic programs that contain
the "stop" instruction will cause bad things to happen, such as your nose
turning green and the sun exploding.  you never quite know which.
