i have been busy studying... 

I looked at Spooky's program and it looks very nice,
although i can't get the "Picture Greyscale" or the 
"Picture B&W" features to work. I get a Runtime error
of some sort.

I am writing my program in Delphi (Object Pascal) with
some inline asm for the conversion parts.

I have been looking for compression source that could 
easily be implemented in asm. (i am not all that good 
at compression). I know some C/C++ so i could probably
translate it to Pascal.
