does anyone have a routine that will allow me to randomly generate numbers, with a 
lower and upper bound?
ive tried using the _randint call and its equate, but i can figure out how to use OP1, 
and OP2.
Ive been able to set them...but as for displaying them, i havent been able to do that.

any ideas?
