$01A1 is _kbdScan = $4064
it reads the keyboard, debounces it, and stores the key in _kbdScanCode
and _kbdGetKy
if you just want to check if a key has been pressed, test bit 3,(iy+$00)
this routine will set bit 3 if a scancode is available and bit 4 if
getkey needs to reset the apd counter
