it occurs to me that you shouldn't need two channels just because there
are two wires in the link. maybe because it's bidirectional. the
problem with filtering out dc can be fixed, i would suggest making a kind
of modem for it. have four tones and send two bits at a time, there's no
dc, there's one signal transmitted, one recieved (and you're send two
bits on one channel instead of one bit on two)
i think i could design and build the thing, except with me not living in
germany and all, i don't know how to make an am radio tranmitter/reciever
