It is flat-out illegal, and so is vide-game emulation. The 24-hour rule is
just something ROM sites made up to get more traffic. downlaoding any ROM
at all, for any purpose, for any length of time, is illegal.
P.S. I changed my Sig quote, if anybody cares. I thought I'd had the old
one long enough.
