that's a $c1.
here's the registers after the jump to $3f45 according to ti86emu:
af: c593
bc: 00c1
de: c200
hl: 0b07
ix: c210
i don't think anything would load into hl, because the way these are
executed is by a jmp (hl) into the menu entry
