So that you can download the TI-86 rom!
It is dynamic and random, that way someone cant distribute the answer. The
answer changes each time, the chances of getting a certain particular
program are small (about .4%)
So if you got the correct answer, and distributed it, the person would still
only have a .4% chance of that answer being correct.. Pretty foolproof
And the chances of someone just outright guessing the number correctly is
really small (maybe .0015%)
So it is foolproof.
