He's talking about the 85 game called "SPILL".  It's like Pipe Dreams for
the Nintendo and Game Boy, where you have to connect to points on the screen
using pieces of pipe, and if the ooze that flows through the pipe gets to
the end of the pipe your using before you connect to the other point, the it
'spills'.
