doesn't the gcc compiler have a switch for the z80?  my linux boxes
are all archived or otherwise out of service, so i cant check that
out tonite.
i do have the source for a dis-assembler though, maybe it would give
u some insight into rolling ur own?  i think i found it on zilog's
site but i cant promise that... the author's name and address is
included, maybe he could help
