I can build the hardware in an hour or two.  Interfacing things with TIx
calcs is extremely easy once you know how to do it (thanks Mel).  I will
make a 9600bps mouse interface.  All you would need to do is convert mouse
characters.  The mouse controller could also be used as a 9600 Serial Uart.
