This works...

  LD H,58
  LD L,123
  LD (PENCOL),HL
  LD A,$05
  CALL sys_vputmap

but this doesn't...

  LD H,58
  LD L,125
  LD (PENCOL),HL
  LD A,$05
  CALL sys_vputmap

The only difference is the x location. I understand that this ROM call 
won't display the char if it goes off the screen, so, I want to know if 
there is a ROM call that will do what I want.
