All of the calls in Asm86 2.0 are in the table, and should work.  The only
problem with calls not to the table is with my game tron86, and that's
fixed soon.  Should be on ticalc.org in a day

The other programs that i know of that have problems across rom versions
are shells, i.e. Iridus, AShell, and Aurora, but those use special 'calls'
that aren't normally used
