re: A86: Hello ASMinians!
Programming is 90% problem solving! The platform that you work with SHOULD not
matter.
Over the last 5-6 years I have seen a change in the problem solving level of
new
hires that started here at TI. Most new software languages don't require the
develper to have problem solving skills. The art of software engineering is
going to fade away soon. All the the end user needs to do is get a faster
machine and more RAM. What a shame.

Hello! It's me, MogKupo again, and I recently e-mailed Jimmy Mardell (SQURX
is da BOMB!) and he said in his letter that I should not think the same way
as I do in higher-level languages (BASIC). I would ask him directly, but this
seems to be somewhat of a problem for me, and I would like to know what
several people have to say on this. Input would be GREATLY appreciated!
