No Subject

hello,

does anyone know how to select a file in the calculator's memory, read 
it's contents and store it to a register, 1 byte at a time in hex?

P.S. if you have any info, please explain it very simply because I'm 
trying to make my first prog - I just learnt about 2 days ago so I don't 
really know a thing yet...
