Oops, sorry. I should have been more specific. I need to know how to create a .85s file that I can send to my calc
through the graphlink.

I believe the format is the first two bytes is the length word (length of the
string), and then everything after that is just straight data. The VAT entry
is just like the other VAT entries (backwards; not sure on the exact format).
