Too late, I've released it. 
Here's how it works:
SimCity looks for a string called 'simsave'. If its not found, SimCIty
quits. Otherwise, teh game starts. To save your game, just type
simsave->game1

restoring it, its just the revers

game1->simsave

Personally, I'd do this:

simsave->game1:3
that way, 3 gets put into Ans

The next version will feature a work-around, letting you load up the saved
game of your choice.
