I am considering writing a program to balance chemical equations, and I
realize this will not be very easy.  I am asking the list for its
opinions because I don't need it so much for myself; I will go forward
with this if other people are interested and can see themselves
benefitting from it.  And plus, I have the day off due to sleet, so I
might as well do something.  :-)
