A note on the controls: Don't use the arrow keys (beside from the up key). Use
the number pad. The arrow keys are too slow, and should probably be removed.

I use the following to navigate the Quest III universe: I use my left hand to
control the top of the calculator. IE: Second and up keys. My rigth hand stays
(AT ALL TIMES) on the key pad. Then, it becomes a matter of slidding my left
thumb over to the second key. It's a matter of .01 milliseconds were talken
here ;)
