It is called Assembly Studio 86. And it is basically like a wordprocessor
porgram that is used for wiriting assembly for the 86. I believe it also can
compile .86p programs, and supports a built-in sprite editor. I tried it out a
while back, and it wasn't much to marvel at. Probably written in Visual Basic
(ick).
