A85: Executable files (warning: a bit of topic..)
I know that this is a bit off topic, but I've been learning C
recently... I thought some of you out there might know the answer..
Whenever I compile a file (using Borland C++ v5.0), I get this huge,
bloated executable (the source is rather small, and I don't think it
should take that much!). Point of fact, I edited and recompiled Dan
Eble's String85 source, and it was still a gigantic executable.. How do
I get these large files to be smaller?
Sorry about this being so off topic! (PS: could anybody point me to a
good mailing list about C programming? Thanks!)
