LZ: TI-85 Shell Central

Since there seemed to be a lot of confusion about the (now) large 
number of shells for the TI-85, I decided to put thm all together in 
one page for better comparison.

If you are curious about what shells are out there, what the latest
version is, or are just bored, please stop by and let me know what you
think.
