Usgard, depending on what shell you use, can work with no libraries
whatsoever.  Games themselves use the libraries, so depending on what
games you want, you have to install different libraries.  Usgard itself
is about 2066 plus a shell, about 600 for the Cool Shell which is the
best (just needs Manual Power Down by hitting 2nd).
