nice idea but 1 battery isnt going to shock someone. you'd have to have
some kind of a voltage amplifier for them to even feel anything. a good
thing to use would be one from a disposable camera. they build up quite
a shock to get the flash going. my friend took one apart once and it
gave u quite a jolt! their also pretty small.
