How are GCP files encoded?  Is there anywhere I can get any info?
How about Greyscale 8, I know how 4 shades work, but what about 8-is is 
the same concept?  What about the bit codes for Greyscale 8, I know what 
the bit codes are for GS4(00-white, 01-light grey, 10-dark grey, 
11-black)?
Note: I read the greyscale faq but is didn't give me of the info I 
needed, like tbit codes.  All it talked about was Usgard's GreyLib.
