The turboing option is mainly used for quick graphing, SOLVER, etc, but
some people have said that it works well with XC-1701 and slow TI-basic
programs. I guess it would be okay to put a different capacitor in it's
place, how bout trying a capacitor to make it run at about 1 mHz or
lower, i'd like to see how slow that is.
