  I'd put in ability to manipulate &amp; simplify equations, and to display 
them as you would write them - for example, displaying (one thing)/(another)
as
         one thing
        -----------
          another


  Also make it able to isolate terms &amp; do graphing.  3D graphing would be 
nice but is inessential.
  Formulas to include - what do you mean by HS level?  Algebra?  
Geometry?  Calculus?
