comes out and people might want room RIGHT NOW! so, they could comprimise

so, for now, couldn't we make a prog that would be used to scrammble the
visible stuff in the zshell program so people couldn't change them? sort
of like an edit lock. in the mean time, other people could be working on
the zipping program.
