That message was generated by a FirstClass e-mail server. Somebody on 
this list (I guess Chris DeRose) has a full mailbox. Obviously the list 
server software hasn't noticed that this guy's box is full yet. Whenever 
you send a message to the list, it gets sent to his mailbox, and the 
FirstClass server can't put it in his box because it's full.  It takes 
the "Reply-to" (which is now the entire list) and sends the undeliverable 
notice to everyone.
