Well, I don't think that such a thing exists. The best thing that you can
do is get a beginner book on 8080 assembler, to learn the basics on asm,
and then get a book on Z80 asm. There is a nice asmteach.txt file on
ticalc.org that tells about all there is to tell about Z80 asm. But it
doesn't get into great detail.
