Actually, the "RAM Expander" is kind of a misnomer, because it doesn't
actually expand the calculator's RAM.  It will have the functionality
of an external tape or floppy drive.

There are also 512k chips available.  If you don't want that much, you
can use standard I2C or Microwire Serial EEPROM's, but the interface
will be different than the chips I'm using.  Last I checked the
largest standard I2C/Microwire chip available was 32k, but you can
string them together.
