To all those speaking of ways to make the processor directly access
the RAM expander: Forget it.
There is only one way, and that is to pull the original RAM bank,
put in tons of bank switching hardware, etc., etc.
The link port is *not* a data bus.
Tying the memory request line to the IRQ will just lock the
processor--it would trigger on every memory access, including
those needing to pull data in from the expander to the calc!


Just think of it as a 1Meg floppy drive.
