I was thinking about trying to use the actual in/ out pins... or maybe the
external floppy port.  Oooh, better yet, SCSI!!! :)   As if that would
work. You might be able to assert cts and rts by hooking both ports
together, and opening "/pAin" and "/pAOut" and toggling the "openness" of
"/pBin" and "/pBout"  Or maybe a hardware "bit dropper" that only
transmits one of eight bits, but expands a bit into a byte...
