You assemble it on your PC using a cross assembler. Then you use a program
which "sticks" it into an 85 string, which can then be sent via link to the
calc.

Yes, it already does.

No, the z80 in the 85 runs at 6mhz. There is no regulated clock on the 85
so an accurate clock is impossible. Programs have been attempted for this
but are never accurate due to the variance in speed as related to remaining
battery life.

My suggestion is to read the FAQ and check out ticalc.org. It will answer
many, if not all of your questions.
