LZ: "Mike's Jans RT Links" i believe are a Fraud!

       I'm sorry for taking up space, but i felt this was important. Most of
you know mike jan (Warcraft@earthlink.net), has put out a flyer selling
pairs of RT links,(if not, it is at the bottom of this post) he claims to
have made 50 pairs! i emailed him about them and dished out the 35$. i told
him to email me when he got my money order, and the following excerpts are
from his responses.

The link is packed,I was going to ship them today, but the mailman
left, I didn't make it. It will be ship tomarrow :)

I emailed Jan the next day to make sure he emailed them. I got no answer for
about a week. then i got this crap yesterday:

 Again i asked if he could just send me the old ones and i got this:








OK LOOK!, The old version has adjustable freq. but
I am currently working on the new one, whic his in the form
of chip.  It has fixed freq. And it will be patented. 
I want to make all RT-LINKS compatible. And the only version
will be sell are the chip version. I've already told the ones
I sold to return the links to me. and THATS WHAT I MEAN BY..

I wrote him again asking why the hell he couldnt send me the old rt link,
that was good enough for me,  and i live 25 minutes from him and offered to
come by his house and talk to him, and i got this:

So, if he is for real, Why wouldnt he send me the old ones? and why would he
care if it is compatible with the new ones? and if he really sold some to
people allready, why would he tell them to return the links to him.?

i dont know waht will happen from here, but oh well..i guess he will
probably send the $ back, and if not, maybe ill visit his house with a
baseball bat like my good friend Whimsy suggested:)
