I'd suggest looking in the documentation to figure out how to do "equ". ".list" and ".nolist" are of no use if you do not look at the .lst file after assembling, from my experience most of the ti community doesn't even know what this file is good for.  Keep in mind theres nothing wrong with running both tasm assemblers simultaneously.  If you're looking for a superior assembler, why not ZDS?

Does anybody know how to get tasm 5.0 to assemble 83+ assembly files?  Apparently the template (.nolist define equ...) works only for tasm 3.2, and I already have tasm 5, and really don't want to downgrade...  It might cause problems on my system at home, and tasm 5 already works great for windows assembly...  Does anybody know how to get tasm 5 to work?
