You need to use one of the provided flash romcalls
I believe it's ldhlindpaged, or loadhlindpaged and its lookalikes
 
you can find them in the 83+ SDK

I'm trying to copy data from an applcation to another part of memory
outside of the applcation. How can I do this? I have tried loops,
LDIR, and just having HL point to the data and use the call but it
never works properly.
