Copy TI83Plus.clc to a new file called ti83plus.rom (or something
similar), then truncate that new file to exactly 524288 bytes. Done.
(Nice side-effect: if you take a .clc file with apps installed in it,
they'll also be installed in vti. This does you absolutely no good,
unless you've got VTI 3.0 Alpha, there it's the only way to load
apps.)
