99.999% of all TI83+ programs require the TIOS to run, romcalls and stuff.

Without the TIOS, nothing (except for possible Anarchy) would work.

(Anarchy also has a serious bug where it points HL to some high memory 
address and "inc l"'s, then "inc (HL)"!!!!, crashes my calc all the time)
