ION is your best bet for both of those.  The same source should compile for
both calcs.  TASM is the easiest to use right now, since Assembly Studio 8x
has that bug in the preprocessor.  There is a batch file included with ION
for assembling.  If you are on an OS that is not based on Windows 95, then
you'll need to use Bin2Var instead of devpac83.  Bin2Var includes a batch
file for compiling ION programs.
