A utility that unlocks the OS is the same as having the method.  Z80 
disassembles easily enough, and having a program that allows a new OS will 
also allow an illegal (hacked TI) OS to be loaded, unless a locking system 
were implemented relative to the new OS and the installer, which would be 
not only difficult, but would increase bugs/complexity/closed-ness.
