I don't think it fills the app up to the next 16k barrier,
from what I discovered, It just adds 020000020000FA to the file, 
while preserving the intel hex structure

BTW,
I don't consider peeking with a hexeditor Reverse Engineering.
It's not as if you were to steal their code...
