I don't know how to recreate that effect.
A guess is to try playing around with the op-amp registers too.
the commands for them is $10 to $13 for OPA1
and $20 to $23 for OPA2.
maybe in combination with the testmode.
maybe you need some loop toggling through the values or something.
beware that it could be harmful. (not like it will instantly break it, but 
maybe degrade it, shortening its lifespan or something)
