This is a bit off-topic, but I'm posting it anyway.

The problem: I need something to registrate the signals of the serial port
(2400 baud).
This is how I want to do it: conect TxD from PC #1 (running hyperterminal)
to some sort of input (ACK/BUSY/something else) of the parallel port of PC
#2 (running a qbasic program which outputs zeros or ones to a file for one
second), but I don't really know how to input files from a parallel port to
a qbasic program. The code is in Elektuur (Elektor?) 7/8-1997, and it
probably is somewhere in my room, but I don't know where. Does someone else
have the code?
