Here's the deal:
It will *never* accept devpac83 files.
It will *sometimes* accept devpac8x or sent/received files.

For me, it usually accepts the latter for a while, then just stops accepting
them all of a sudden.  I found that if you uninstall and reinstall the Flash
Sim, you've got a good chance of it starting to work again.
